Conditions
- Prices are intended each per day.
- Rooms are booked from 3:00 p.m. of check-in day to 9:00 a.m. of check-out day.
- Rooms will be considered booked only after the receipt of a confirmatory deposit.
- No pets allowed (to respect allergicguests).
- Any damage to the structure must be compensated.
- In case of booking cancellation,the deposit will neither be returned nor be valid for future bookings.
- In case of either postponed arrival,anticipated departure or non - appearance the stay will be charged according booking (under Article 1218).
- Rooms are at guests 'disposal from 15 arrival day to 9.00 departure day.Check-in-time 15.00-20.00 over 20.00 until 23.00 extra cost of € 30.
Extras:
To the indicated prices will be added the local city tax of € 2.30 per person/per day for guests aged over 14. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated in the invoice.
